Illustrating on the human body was the culmination of years of learning to paint and draw on just about everything else.
Reuben enjoys colourful and playful tattoos, drawing from his training in book illustration.
He has a background in film having spent years training and working in the Wellington film industry. He now freelances for animations and games.
Marion is a visual artist from France. Marion creates intricate graphic images with ink, organic painting and natural materials. She can lend her hand to different styles, though at the moment she is enjoying tattooing fine linework and detailed pieces. Marion’s latest explorations involve quality of line, bold black-work and playful splashes of colour. She enjoys the ever-changing landscape of the human canvas, and that no day is the same in the life of a tattooist.
Zoe has become well known for her delicate fine line work and is known as ‘the floral queen’ due to amount of botanical work she does. Zoe started her tattoo journey almost by accident when she landed a reception job at a local tattoo studio while she was studying fine art.
Jim has spent the last 8 years mastering the fundamentals of tattooing, illustration and composition in multiple high calibre studios across Australia and New Zealand. Capable of tattooing any style, whether it be full colour/black and grey realism, mandala and geometric, fine line florals, neo-traditional or freehand script and lettering, Jim is well rounded and happy to tackle any tattoo that comes through the door.
